As Federal Performance Centre for judo, Sportschule Hennef regularly welcomes the best Judoka in Dürresbachtal, among others athletes of the Judo Association of North-Rhine Westphalia.

In the special gym with a total area of 580 m², training possibilities are generous and varied, with a total mat area of 430 m². They are also used by aikido and handicapped athletes. A good omen for all who have set themselves athletic goals: Judoka Yvonne Bönisch trained in Hennef for the Olympic Games in Beijing – and won gold!
